Between us we've coordinated the on-site response to September 11, led operations after the Bali bombings, helped establish Australia's Air Marshal program, and implemented the original Duty Security Controller model for a major Australian airline in 1996.

Steve Lawson has over 35 years in security and risk management, from policing and military service to senior aviation security roles. At Qantas, he coordinated the on-site security response to September 11, led operations after the Bali bombings, created the airline's air freight security policy and was seconded to help establish Australia's Air Marshal program. Since co-founding Paradym in 2006, he has led security reviews for airports, government agencies and corporations across Australia, South-East Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific.
Annette brings over 25 years in technology sales. She is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with a Master of Economics. Annette manages Paradym's client relationships and sales operations.
Paul Vivian has over 30 years' experience in security management and international consulting. His project work spans aviation, law enforcement, counterterrorism, correctional facilities and major venues, including C4I systems, large-scale CCTV networks, radar, smart fencing and anti-drone systems. Many of his government projects remain classified. At Paradym, Paul provides technical support and system administration across client sites.
George Lee brings over 30 years of software development experience, with a background in mechanical engineering and industrial design. He spent much of his career in military software design and testing for a global defence contractor, delivering mission-critical systems for armoured vehicles, military aviation platforms and NATO infrastructure. At Paradym, George leads system integration, testing and training material development.
Guy Bridson brings more than 30 years of experience across defence, technology, operational management and business development. In the New Zealand Army he served as Army Fleet Manager – Combat Systems, managing one of the Army's largest and most technically complex in-service portfolios, and as Army Capability Manager – Communications, leading capability projects involving tactical and strategic C4I systems and cryptographic technologies. Since transitioning to the commercial sector he has held senior operational roles across technology, telematics and SaaS with organisations including VerifEye, Optix/DriveRisk and Hikvision Australia. Guy combines strong technical capability with practical commercial judgement, and at Paradym leads product management.
